The existing property is a compact 2/3 bedroom bungalow with an internal layout that is compromised by through room circulation routes and poor storage provision.
The proposal adds a single storey extension to the rear and opens out the existing internal layout to provide generous open plan kitchen/living/dining area opening onto a new terrace to the rear. The master bedroom is also 'pushed out' into the extension to allow storage area and walk-in wardrobe area to be created.
Planning Permission was granted in autumn 2014 and the project is now being priced and prepared for construction in spring 2015.
