The existing property was an awkwardly laid out 4 bedroom with a conservatory.

There was tight headroom in the roof space but the inclusion of a double pitched dormer allowed three bedrooms and a family bathroom to be created. The ground floor was then opened out to form an open plan living/kitchen/dining area leading on to the garden together with two additional bedrooms.

Planning Permission was not required as it was confirmed at the Preparation stage, through a Pre-Planning Enquiry, that the works fell within Permitted Development.

The project was built and fitted out by innerspace.
