The existing property is a compact 2 bedroom semi-detached bungalow. The brief was to create a larger plan living/dining/kitchen area and utility room on the ground floor; an additional bedroom/bathroom in the roof space; and at the same time to minimise the impact on the existing ground floor layout.
Planning permission was granted in August 2013 and construction due to complete in autumn 2014.
