The existing property is a 3 bedroom 'chalet' bungalow with a separate kitchen and dining room.
The extension will provide an open plan kitchen/dining area linking through to a new external dining area in the rear garden, with the existing dining room becoming a fourth bedroom/office.
The design incorporates a mono pitch roof and clerestory to bring in light from the south aspect over the top of the existing garage; and built-in bench seating inside to maximise the utilisation of internal space; and will be timber clad inside and out.
The project is currently being priced and prepared for construction in spring 2015.
